Are these common shots, can I ask a bar tender to make them?

Yea, you can. Just give them the recipe cause (1) I made some of these up and (2) bar tenders hate when you ask for weird shit and don't know what's in it.

Do I have to use a specific brand? I have bourbon but not Four Roses...

Brand substitutions are totally fine. But like don't get wild. Kapali and Kahlua aren't the same thing even though they both have coffee flavoring and start with "K". Raspberry the same as black raspberry? Sure. Is Malibu the same as Captain Morgan? No. I mean, honestly... do you. If you think it works as a substitute, cheat away. You're the one has to drink it. (Oh! But no substitutes at all on drinks with two or less filled glasses for a taste rating. If everyone else has to swallow that shit, so do you.)

TIP: If you a recipe calls for puree or syrup that you don't have, but you have that flavor of schnapps or liqueur - deduct 0.25oz from the primary liqueur in the recipe and do a 0.5oz pour of the same flavored liqueur/schnapps.
